Covey Kitchen and Cocktails offers a stellar menu crafted by Chef Andy Niedenthal with a focus on American cuisine with global influences. In 2022, the restaurant earned a coveted spot on Yelp's Top 100 Restaurants in the USA. Their hand-crafted cocktails earn rave reviews and the bar features an impressive wine list and local beers.                                       Specialty cocktails were quite tasty. I enjoyed my Caesar salad and ribeye but my dinner companion was less happy with her brussel sprouts and salmon. Decor and view were very pleasant.

                                      We visited for my husband’s birthday dinner. He has celiac and they remembered from my notes on the reservation, and were very responsive. The drinks were terrific and the food was very good. We enjoyed the live music and only wish it had gone on a little longer. They offered a free dessert for the birthday boy and that was such a generous touch. We had a really nice evening.

                                      Our meal was perfectly prepared. Our server was friendly and helpful in selecting out meals. The restaurant is noisier than we like, but that’s just us. Finally, the live jazz band created the only negative vibe for us. Again, this is just a personal taste issue. The food and service are impeccable.
