At Coya we are proud to present a degustation dining concept. We cater to the adventurous "foodie" who is eager to allow the Chef to cook the best market produce of the day. This is advantageous as a spontaneous Chef is the best kind! Our food is inspired by the rich diversity of fresh Australian produce and influenced by the subtle flavours of the Middle East. To present simple modern Australian cuisine with a Middle Eastern twist, exploring unique, interesting flavours and spices in a relaxing and warm atmosphere.

    We were a mixed table of vegan and non vegan diners . The starter course of jerusalem artichoke soup was outstanding. The flavour profile was complex and we all agreed it was nothing like we've ever had before ! The other courses were very good too especially the vegan ones. I think Chef Saleh's strength is really in his vegetarian creations. The flavours and textures were very well balanced and unique. It left us meat eaters eyeing off our vegan friends' dishes. Service was warm and welcoming which always makes a special dining occasion even better !

    Beautiful food and service. We tried the vegan degustation menu (we’re not vegan) and it was delicious. Highly recommend.

    A great experience! Food was amazing and all the flavours were balanced carefully, we absolutely loved the artichoke soup. Our gluten free (coeliac) requirements were well catered for. It was also wonderful that Chef had the time to come out and talk us through the flavours and cooking techniques. The venue is small and private which was very welcome for us, we really enjoyed the more quiet ambient music compared to other restaurants. Thank you for a very enjoyable dinner experience.

    Great food but very expensive. The restaurant is only BYO Wed and Thurs. Can be noisy.

    We have been to Coya a few times now and every time we are overwhelmed by the incredible food, incredible service and the reasonable prices. I would recommend Coya to all. The Turkish delight cocktails are amazing! And the degustation menu is so so good! You have to try Coya!!
