I had previous good experiences, but this restaurant has gone downhill. Very so, so experience. Wanted to have a pleasant casual experience. Two craft beers we ordered were tapped out, so 2 of our group of 4 had to re-order. We were more than halfway done before beers arrived. Waitress seemed inattentive. We had to remind her. Manager did stop by and asked us how the meal was. We told her and she comp us for the late beers. Music and noise level was intrusive. Flies and other small insect were an irritant. Evening started out with friendly greeting by the two very personal receptionists, no rush in ordering, server was excellent, food great as usual, manager stopped by for conversation, and since it was a birthday gathering, the staff sang the Birthday Song! Three of our party ordered the Wake and Bake burger; everyone agreed it was an exquisitely balanced, thoroughly delightful burger. The blackened blue cheese burger was also delicious. Burgers were very good. Truffle Parm fries were very heavy on garlic that I could not eat them. Hostess was cold and did not speak to us when we said goodbye when leaving. Interestingly, the survey that was brought to the table with the bill, asked if the manager stopped by the table. No!Craft 31已於2024年11月6日回覆Thank you for sharing! If ever there is an item that is not what you expect, we hope that you will let us know while you are still here. We will do everything we can to ensure you are provided a meal you might enjoy more. We had a new hostess on shift that day and we are working on getting her out of her shell, but we can assure you that her intentions are never to be cold toward any guest. We had Kelly as a server and she was amazing. We had a party of 6 and she anticipated our every need.
