Drawing upon the rich history of Milwaukee’s craftsmanship we present, Craft. The history of Milwaukee dates to the early 17th and 18th centuries when traders first began to travel through and eventually settle in what is now Milwaukee. Deep European roots brought craftsmen and skilled hands to the area and to this day an ethic of hard work and determination inhabits the spirit of the city. Early on the area was full of coopers, butchers, shoemakers, and farmers. Milwaukee’s beer history started in the 1840’s, driven by the presence of the frontier settlement near the Great Lakes. Immigrants, including Welsh and German settlers, yearned for the native beers of their homelands, so they embarked on making delicious craft beer with techniques from their native countries. Craft features a cuisine including locally sourced foods, hand crafted cocktails, and a vast selection of local beer.

Basic food, nothing special. Thought the service was mid as we were handed menus and 30 seconds later server asked if we needed any apps. Literally haven’t even opened the menu….& when we said give us a min, he disappeared for 20 minutes

Craft restaurant was great, food was very flavorful, beautiful tomahawk pork chop, done perfectly for all 3 members of our party. On hotel restroom, need toilet seat covers in stalls

Food was excellent but our service was a bit lacking, despite it being Christmas Eve it was not that busy. Our server was nice but he never came back to check on drinks or how food was. Overall could have been a bit better.

Two of the three orders were completely wrong, when the waitress admitted she made the error, second she said the kitchen made it, but I don’t think it was written down correctly And think she had some fault of her own on it. Even though we had two hours before our show, we ran out of time to get the food correct so I had to send it back without eating. They did not charge for the food that was sent back because it was incorrect, but also didn’t offer an adjustment for all of the poor service and mistakes especially given that was not able to eat before the show because the order was incorrect. Would not go back.

I had the chicken sandwich with fries and my son had the double smash burger. Both sandwiches were excellent. The server was excellent and made sure we felt welcome. This was my first time there and I will be back.

My tiny margarita was 18.00. I said no special tequila and got charged extra for something. Meal was good but that angered me
