Crasqui is a lively Venezuelan restaurant in Saint Paul. Recipes are inspired in our chef-owner Soleil Ramirez childhood, family and friends in her home-country Venezuela.

For us Crasqui is more than just a restaurant—it’s a vessel for memories, dreams, flavors, and connections. We will keep infusing our passion, dedication and love into every dish to make every guest experience memorable.

April 23rd A Night of Mexico-Venezuela Fusion with Chef Gustavo Romero Join us for the first edition of Cena entre Panas, featuring the incredible Chef Gustavo Romero from Nixta Tortilleria & Oro! Experience a unique fusion of Mexican and Venezuelan flavors, crafted with passion and tradition. This special evening is more than just a dinner—it’s a fundraiser for Huellas Latinas, supporting vital programs for immigrant communities. A silent auction will help raise additional funds to make an even bigger impact. Building Memories with Huellas Latinas: Huellas Latinas is dedicated to helping immigrants connect with their new home through outdoor experiences. By exploring Minnesota’s public and natural spaces, participants not only learn about local history and culture but also enhance their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Through shared adventures, Huellas Latinas fosters a sense of belonging, builds meaningful connections, and encourages the community to experience the world through all their senses. This initiative is about more than just discovering places—it’s about creating memories and inspiring others to embark on their own journeys.

    Me and my girlfriend had the pleasure of eating here for Easter dinner and Crasqui did not disappoint! Best pork chop I’ve ever had and the yuca sticks were to die for! The service was also impeccable refilling my cokes before I was even done. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to experience some unique Latin flavors! 5 stars!

    Overall great dining experience. Flavor and presentation will make you feel your taking part in Chef's Table or America's Test Kitchen. Pleasant decor with a Venuzeulan vibe. Friendly staff. Plus, we could carry on a conversation without shouting.

    Chef Soleil made the most wonderful feast for us, and our waitress M. sprinkled our table with stars for our celebration. Very special evening! This is a Saint Paul gem - let’s pack this restaurant and savor the quality and expert delivery of delicious food!
