The Crown & Crooked Billet is a traditionally themed pub, suitable for all ages, with a large conservatory area ideal for eating and a mix of cosy comfortable tables great for meeting friends for sharers and drinks. You can come here to mix with locals or enjoy a fun evening at the weekend, with a great atmosphere for all ages.

The pub also has a great-size garden, which is sunny almost all day – a true village pub in town.

Started working here recently and Passed this pub often and wanted to try it , as looks nice. Wasnt disappointed. Even nicer on the inside. Booked lunch for valentines day. Good choice. Warm and cosy feel. Very welcoming environment and staff , lovely and friendly. Nothing to much trouble for them and with smiles . Looking forward to visiting again and enjoying a drink in the warm sunshine in there lovely looking beer garden. Thanks for a nice lunch . 5* plus

Good freshly cooked food and a menu with sufficient choices to satisfy the varied tastes of all the family. Our very friendly waitress gave us excellent service even though obviously very busy. The restaurant was a little lacking in ambience and one of the nearby tables was very noisy but still generally a good experience and we will definitely return.

Heather was very welcoming, attentive and responsive without being intrusive. The platters themselves were very good: well-presented and good-sized portions of fresh and tasty food at very reasonable prices. A most enjoyable experience overall.
