    We pre booked Christmas Dinners but once we had ordered our drinks and were settled we were told there was no Christmas Dinners as "head office hadn't sent them". We could have been notified of this beforehand as I left my email and telephone number. We decided to stay anyway and ordered off the usual menu even tho we were told food would take up to an hour. It didn't take that long but the whole experience made us feel unwelcome. 2 members of the party had to ask for the free drinks that were part of their meal deal. Food was OK. Bar staff were very grumpy. Maybe something else had gone wrong that day, who knows, but it would have been nice for them to be more welcoming especially as we were a party of 10 spending a considerable amount of money.
