Crown Republic Gastropub is the place where rustic New American fare meets made from scratch cooking with heart. Our team sources from global food and cultural inspirations, brings and approachable, eclectic culinary experience that guests can't wait to explore. At Crown Republic Gastropub, Chef Anthony Sitek takes pride in creating nearly all of the ingredients in house. Our chef-driven dishes are served with an expert eye so that our guests can concentrate on what matters most: the friends and family they are dining with. Service was great and friendly. Unfortunately, she talked up a special so we ordered it. Then came back a while later and told us it was sold out. Spaghetti and meatballs needed more noodles bs sauce. Salads were good but kale Cesar seemed a bit heavily dressed. Overall, a nice Sunday night meal.

It was 28 degrees outside we arrived 10 minutes early they saw our group staning in the cold and they would not open the doors until exactly 11am Personally if I wasn't meeting friends I would have canceled my reservation and went elsewhere

Our dinner at Crown Republic was fantastic as always! We enjoyed the steak frites, onion soup dumplings and wedge salad. 10/10!

We ordered the crispy broccoli, onion soup dumplings and garlic knots for appetizers - all very good. For entrees we had the following: Spaghetti and Prime Meatballs, Bolognese Rotolo, Seared Salmon, and Kale Caesar salad - all were excellent with generous portions. We also had a dessert that was a little cake with a salted caramel sauce and ice cream- the perfect ending! Service was EXCELLENT.

The only reason I’m giving a star at all is because the food was amazing. Shout out to the chefs as that’s the only positive part about this experience. The bartender Sierra is extremely rude and gives hints unfortunately of racism. Sierra completely ignored requests for a drink at the bar to my counterparts - however when a couple came she greeted them right away. We then decided to sit at a high top. Unfortunately , sierra was sent to our table to deliver us our food and she slammed the plates down. When we tried to discuss this with the manager ; it was stated that it’s a busy brunch rush. As a manager myself, customer service is the one of the most valuable parts of running a successful business. I pray they do staff training with sierra to improve her customer interactions so she’s better for future guests. Until this is done ; she needs to be pulled off the floor.

I have only eaten here once for brunch before coming for a New Year’s Eve dinner. I really loved the food, atmosphere & service. The menu was varied and interesting, but the thing that caught my eye was the house-made pasta. I’m a sucker for it, and it did not disappoint. I ordered the special which was a take on chicken piccata. It was delicious! We didn’t stay for dessert, but the meal exceeded all my expectations. I’ll be back for sure!
