Welcome to Cured Restaurant & Salumeria, a modern European restaurant that focuses on cuisine from Spain and Italy.

For over 18 years, Chef Alvio Lapinet has been producing high-quality ham products and cured meats. He is now ready to share his knowledge and techniques with you.

Our menu proudly showcases handcrafted hams & cured meats alongside other delicious dishes he has perfected over the years.
Food should be made with care and attention to detail, so we use only the freshest, highest quality ingredients and time-tested processes in our cooking.

Everything was perfect. The Steak Tartare was delicious. The Beef Carpaccio was excellent. The Ox Tail was outstanding. The owners recommend a 60-day dry-aged steak. We will be going back.

                                                                                                                                              This was our first time visiting Cured and it was amazing. The service was top notch. So friendly and sweet. The food was absolutely amazing. The croquettes were the best I have ever had. We will be back again and again. I cannot recommend enough.

                                                                                                                                              Beautiful little restaurant, they have cured/dry meats on display in the dining room which I thought was a super cool touch. I had the Osso Bucco which was amazingly tender and served with a delicious tomato based sauce. Polenta was great with it. Espresso martini to cap it off was delicious as well. The service was great, even on a slow Monday night. Super hospitable.

                                                                                                                                              Service was really slow took awhile for someone to bring us water after being seated. Appetizer were good but our mains my pasta was great but everyone steak did not taste like it was dry aged and very fatty and tough and service never came back by to receive steak knives. Took awhile after eating to get our checks had 2 people at table wave down just so we could leave.
