Welcome to Cured Restaurant & Salumeria, a modern European restaurant that focuses on cuisine from Spain and Italy.

For over 18 years, Chef Alvio Lapinet has been producing high-quality ham products and cured meats. He is now ready to share his knowledge and techniques with you.

Our menu proudly showcases handcrafted hams & cured meats alongside other delicious dishes he has perfected over the years.

Loved the food and the vibe! Ordered the aged porterhouse and shared with my wife. Both of us got full. Steak tartare was excellent.

Our dinner at Cured Restaurant and Salumeria for party of six was exceptional. This was our first visit to Cured after hearing many good things about the restaurant. We were seated as scheduled at 7:30 PM and our server (Suzanna) welcomed our group upon arriving at the table. The service was professional and nicely paced allowing our group to enjoy conversation and time together. Our group ordered various items that provided a great opportunity to taste the delicious specialty entrees sourced and produced by Cured. Highly recommend "The Cured" on the appetizer menu that offers a nice sampling of several featured meats and cheeses. Overall, a great experience and we will definitely return.

We were there for New Year’s Eve - it was a wonderful place to be!!! The service was set to our expectations - non obtrusive or pushing us to leave early. The food was outstanding.

I ordered a medium well salmon and received a burnt piece of salmon and was told to just eat it because that was the best the chef could do making the salmon medium well. The waitress was very rude and not hospitable at all. Seriously, I think she should find another profession because she doesn’t know how to speak with people . She was snappy when someone at my table tried to put a food order in and she interrupted her and said I am only doing drinks. In a rude tone. This was my birthday dinner and it was absolutely ruined. The manager came over and tried to make things right with free desert , which was nice and I did appreciate it . But I spent my time there with no food while everyone at my table already finished eating. It was just a mess. I won’t be back here ever. And let’s get back to the waitress you never know who you will meet. There were two doctors at the table nurses and an actress. And with so many platforms to post about this restaurant . But the waitress was so rude and just wanted to bring bad energy on my birthday. She gave us no motivation to post about this restaurant. If you employ people like here your business will never prosper. I am upset , my birthday dinner was ruined and I will never return here.

Took waitress over 15 to get our drink order after seated. Then another 10 minutes. Table of 4 seated next to us and seated after us received food first. My steak ordered medium rare was cold rare. Dessert cake was still frozen when served. Won’t recommend

We started the night elsewhere for cocktails, but the "Smokey and Dangerous" cocktail we had here was the best thing we drank all night. Everything we ordered was delicious, but the Cassoulette was an outstanding entree that we are still talking about days later. The service was thoughtful and all the staff we interacted with were very kind. I enjoyed the dark ambience and cozy table settings. Would definitely recommend!

Stopped by here for a light dinner after our show and had a great experience. We have visited CURED before but just wanted to try a few different starters and a cocktail today and did not have time in our schedule for a full meal. Lovely time, attentive staff and delicious food. All anyone could ask for. Hope to return again soon

We waited 15 min for server to approach to ask for drinks menu. Table next to us gave us theirs as server nowhere to be found. Very slow service. I asked if they were understaffed and answer was no. We enjoyed the filet. The ossobuco empanadas just ok. I prefer cassoulet a little thicker. It was watery as was the tiramisu. Was told dessert was made to order and I guess it showed. Cream was broken, bottom was like they added a couple of shots of diluted coffee so strong you couldn’t taste anything else. Don’t think there was any liquor in it. Definitely not refrigerated to set. We liked the decor and ambiance.
