The Curious Café opened in November 2014 and is located in the heart of Kelowna's cultural district. Since then, The Curious has been serving both quality interpretations of classic dishes and daring new ventures into the uncharted territories of food.
The Curious interior, designed by proprietor Luigi Coccaro and designer Rhonda Lebedoff, reflects the hip sensibilities urban area's while also paying tribute to Kelowna's storied past. Adding to the mystique of the setting is the location's history, as it used to be a run-down tobacco shop, now transformed into a warm hang out.
The multi-room restaurant offers the choice to eat comfortably on the café side where one may watch the art of cooking as it occurs in the open-kitchen room or sit on the community table side where 24 beers flow from our rotating taps.

    We had an exceptional time during the Macaloney's tasting event. I will definitely be keeping an eye out for similar events to attend. Also, the pizza was FANTASTIC as was the service. Great first time experience.

    The restaurant and service was ok. Should have tried the pizza in hindsight but had pizza the day before. We had the sea bass and falafel bowl as they were average. My drink, a ceasar had way too much Worcestershire sauce. A lot of better restaurants in Kelowna.

    Great, friendly service, eclectic atmosphere and really good food. The Caesar salad could use a bit more flavour but less dressing, otherwise everything was amazing!

    Had a lovely meal with another friend couple. I just had an apple which was good but I should have understood more clearly that it as all deep fried (of course I ate it though :) ) we asked to be moved be sure the front section so so loud we could hear each other speak and were kindly accommodating in the back section which was much better. Everyone enjoyed the meal and the service was good.
