At Currant Bistro, we believe food should do more than just satisfy your hunger. We believe food should be a vehicle used to help tell the story of Seattle/Belltown.

Our menu is fresh, regionally sourced and thoughtful. Best of all, we create food that can be enjoyed by everyone. Our simple and approachable dishes pair perfectly with friends and of course, Seattle’s best craft beer and Washington wines. Service was simply awful. No hello by our server, and in the end, she asked us to settle the bill because she was leaving.. I’ve never had that happen. Usually if their shift is over, they would come and say another server is going to take over. Food was mediocre. I could have easily made it all at home. Salad came with no dressing. Just absolutely awful all around.

The food was good typical breakfast food. Our toast did not arrive with our meal and we had to request it multiple times. Once it came out it had clearly been done for awhile because it was cold and stale. Hoping our experience was just a one off.

This was listed as one of the best brunch places in Seattle. The food was good. The server was sweet but we waited 25 mins to be seated for our reservation. The atmosphere was “Hotel lobby”, and it was expensive.

It was a cafe in a hotel primary catered to their residence and tourists. Food was average towards the greasy side.

Took at least 10 minutes for someone to approach us, and when they did they did not have our reservation accounted for. We ended up leaving
