Great food, very nice ambiance. Our server was on top of pouring our wine and checking in (but not over the top).

We had a wonderful evening at Cut. The server was friendly and charming, as were all of the staff who ensured that we were enjoying our dining experience. The scallops appetizer, herb chicken, prime rib, and cheesecake were all delicious.We will be back!

Amazing on all levels!!! I love how the lighting is just perfect that everything sparkles. The music what just the right volume to allow talking without yelling and yet couldn’t hear the conversation at the next table, not to mention the music selection itself was perfect and non-intrusive. Could cut the prime rib with a fork. Vegetables were perfectly tender crisp. My favourite place for dinner out. Well done Dave and Dan!

Food was amazing, one of the best meals I’ve had in a very long time at a restaurant. The service was spot on perfect (Jen) was our waitress and she was the best waitress I think I’ve ever had! I would highly recommend this place!

Nice quiet evening out with family. Staff was tremendous and attentive. Food was delicious. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to get away from the noise of other types of restaurants.

We had a large group of 12 and had put a credit card down to reserve the private room. This was the best part of our visit. It allowed us to talk and laugh openly without bothering others. However, I think we were forgotten. We ordered our food, apples and wine came in decent time, then 2 hours plus later, I found the waitress and asked about our meal. Meal came out about 15 min after that and were just warm. Assume plates were just left under the warmer. Steaks were over cooked, and many passed on dessert because who has four more hours to wait? Place was not busy for a Friday night. Disappointed for sure. They put their own tip on for the large group but it sure wasn’t earned. Will contact the restaurant privately to let them know.

Fantastic dinner! Food was great, ambience lovely and noise level allowed for easy conversation between diners. Our server, Emma, was wonderful and offered great suggestions for our dinners - everything was perfect! One of the best dinners we’ve had in Saskatoon!
