    Oysters sautéed in clarified butter served with horseradish sauce

    • Champignons Semolina Cake

      Sautéed wild mushrooms topped with a white wine sauce served with a semolina cake

        Clams steamed with garlic, parsley & white wine

        • Mousse de Foie de Poulet

          Chicken liver mousse served with toasted baguette slices and condiments

          • Pommes Frites

            Double dipped French Fries served in large cone with a remoulade sauce

              Slow roasted pork loin served with sautéed potatoes and a Dijon mustard sauce

                Marinated beef stewed with onions mushrooms and bacon in a pinot noir sauce. Served with mashed potatoes

                  Filet of fresh white fish served on a bed of basmati rice topped with fresh Dungeness crab meat and a pear, port, cream reduction

                    Rib Eye Steak served with French fries and mixed fresh vegetables

                                      As always, the food was superb, the wine was delicious and the owner was amazing! I had the salmon Wellington; salmon with cooked spinach on top, wrapped in puff pastry. It was Devine! We always love going here!

                                      Cuvee is more than a restaurant. It's like stepping into a warm hug with the quality of food, the hospitality and atmosphere. It just gets better and better.

                                      We love Cuvee! Always a wonderful dining experience. The basic menu is somewhat limited, but standby for the specials! The menu expands to bring satisfaction to any palette.

                                      All the food was excellent across the board. Very fresh, beautifully presented. It's refreshing to dine at a relaxed pace and enjoy the company you're with, chat with the owner/chef and wonderful servers. The prices are very reasonable, the portions are generous, and there are many wonderful menu choices. The slight miss was with the Basque cheesecake due to the unnecessary sweet drizzle on top. They have the best espresso! Worth the drive from Portland or surrounding suburbs.

                                      Henri and David were fabulous hosts and made us feel right at home. Food options were so good we couldn’t choose what to eat. Salmon in puff pastry, escargot and pork belly were off the charts. We’ll be back again and again.

                                      The Cuvee is a charming local treasure. We have so few choices of chef run restaurants locally in the Mc Minnville - Carlton area that offer such a great place to eat and enjoy. Cuvee stands out and offers a French ambience and excellent food and service. It is a favorite!

                                      Absolutely fantastic. Incredible food served and presented properly. Casually elegant ambiance. Great value in terms of cost. Easily one of the top restaurants in the PNW. I cannot overstate this experience. PERFECT.

                                      As usual, fantastic food and drink at a very good price. Even considering Jory’s, Tina or even Portland)p’s Jake’s or Gauchos ( all excellent restaurants), Cuvee is my favorite. Plus the establishment is quiet, quaint and comfortable.
