   This restaurant never ceases to amaze but this one in Coral gables is now officially our favorite!!! We sat down at the bar, the drinks were amazing and the bartender was extra special to us. The seafood ceviche 2.0 and the parrilla Sipan were out of this world.

   This was my 4th dinner at Ceviche 105. The ceviche is delicious and the rest of the menus is pretty good. The service Saturday was awful. My husband’s meal was delivered incredibly late and the staff didn’t seem to notice. We asked about it 3 times and were told it was coming quickly but it didn’t. Attempts were made to clear the table while we were eating, and then empty plates were ignored. Drinks orders were incorrect and late. This is a very large restaurant and it was full Saturday. I’ll never return on a weekend.

   I ordered the lomo saltado and it tasted like authentic Peruvian cuisine. The tenderloin was cooked perfectly and the sauce was amazing. Sometime restaurants put a little too much soy sauce which can make it too salty and this was not the case here. It was perfect! The wait staff was very attentive and I was shocked how much attention we received considering how busy they were. I cant wait to return to the area to come back! I will definitely have my Peruvian husband with me next time.

   Everything was amazing! The lomo risotto was excellent, tiraditos and sushi for appetizers were delicious. They even have chocolate martinis. Service and vibe topped it off. Overall great experience. Will definitely be back!!
