   My husband and I had Salmon cooked Medium. It comes with herb rice, asparagus and a dill sauce. I substituted the rice for their mashed potatoes. It was mouthwatering delicious. Perfect. I believe the dill sauce may have had a mustard base.....I am not a fan of mustard but this was a perfect blend with a hint of sweet....maybe honey! 5 🌟

   Had a delicious dinner with a friend on a Friday night. Waiter was attentive and welcoming. Only problem for me was the noise level. I’m sure this was due to it being a weekend night. We were there previously with friends on a Monday evening and it was quiet. Will go again!

   We had a great experience at Cypress. Would definitely go back again. Food was awesome, service by Sally was great, and wonderful ambiance. Welcome change from previous restaurant at same location.

   Newly opened 11 weeks ago and really have it going great. Suggest getting reservations since it was very busy and limited open tables. The vibe is very good. The food was well prepared, ample portions and not overly expensive. Gabbi was a terrific server and very attentive. We had a salmon salad, flatbread, shrimp tacos and a burger. The wine and beer were limited with options but not too highly priced. Looking forward to have entrees next.
