We opened D.L. Mack's with the vision of serving the local neighborhood and creating an all-day dining destination for those craving delicious comfort food, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. To honor this, we are reserving tables each night for walk-ins only. We look forward to hosting you.

Our server was good but forgetful at the end. Told him our pizza (Harry Carry) was not what we normally get and the peppers were too thick, making the pizza extremely hot and he really didn't do anything. I would have had a manager over right away or offered to re-make the pizza. We asked to sit at a larger booth and the restaurant was at 25% capacity and they wouldn't do it (this isn't the first time) so two grown men had to be crammed in a tiny booth in the back of the bar by the outside door. Again-they were at 25% and this is not the first time. We had reservations as well. Not great at all. Seems like their menu offerings, service and quality are all going down hill from when they first opened. I'm disappointed in DL Macks and Vandalay.

We had a reservation at 7:00 and were not seated til 7:30. The hostess needs to better handle walk ins when there are existing reservations. Pretty frustrated as we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday

Poor service, our order was wrong, paid for an extra side, she delivered it when we were leaving in a to go box.

Some of the best pizza in Dallas. Worth the price but as long as you are comfortable with it, great restaurant and vibes.

Customer Service was outstanding. 5 Star Our table was not ready at the reservation time ( customers seated at the tale were still chatting) but the hostesses made every effort to get us seated and offered a glass of wine while we waited. Venue was pretty and noise level was lively. Would definitely go there again!!

The usual juicy and delicious chicken tenders were over battered and short on chicken. The coleslaw was great as usual. I hope this menu item is restored to it’s original recipe. Beautiful, cozy snd great service.
