Daddy O is a modern and chic yet comfortable boutique 22 room hotel on Long Beach Boulevard with a casual bistro and bar seating and a stylish dining room. Dine indoors or on the outdoor garden patio and bar or enjoy sushi and specialty cocktails on the rooftop deck. Our chefs prepare modern interpretations of American classics served by a friendly staff. We welcome walk-ins for large parties or intimate dining. Nee Years Eve, so it was busy and noisy. Despite that, the food was very good and delivered promptly. Waitress was excellent.

It was our first time there. The food was not satisfying at all. We ordered two dinners and received one. We were seated up against a pole and just in an odd location. It is a beautiful place and our server was wonderful. We will go back to sit at the bar and try it again.

Service was great. Don't know the name of server where we were were in bar area but she was so great. Food very salty though. Chowder very salty and I had a crab omelette but the potatoes full of salt. My mistake that I realized now is that waitress asked if any dietary restrictions. I should have said that I need low sodium diet. My mistake but the menu has so many choices it's so hard to choose. Enjoy a great restaurant

We were there for the wine club. It’s fun to learn about different wines and there is always a unique selection. The food paired well with the wines and the service was great.

If you have not been in a while, new items on the menu! Had the Flouder Piccata with crab meat orzo and it was amazing! Crème brûlée to end things, delicious! Service was great as always!

WINE CLUB NOVEMBER 1, 2024 AGAIN, AND IT CONTINUES, GREAT NIGHT! TRUFFLE ORANCINI WAS TENDER AND CREAMY, WITH A CRISP COATING. THE CALABRESE FLATBREAD, EVERYONE AT THE TABLE RAVED AND WOULD HAVE EATEN MORE. THE PECAN BREAD PUDDING WAS A GREAT FINISH. A NICE AFFORDABLE SELECTION OF WINES FOR THE TASTING.
