Service was great! We went later in the evening so they were out of a few dishes we wanted to order but overall great experience and right on the beach!

The beach seating was beautiful. Food was tasty and service was ok. My only complaint is they told me it would be a 30 minute wait or longer for the pork chop option on the menu forcing me to order something else. The server brought the wrong wine I selected off the menu. However, they did correct it and brought the right one later. Finally, we attempted to give a 10% tip at the end of the night ($600 pesos) and our waiter confronted us directly about it that it wasn't enough. In all my years tipping I have never had a waiter do that before. In Canada I usually tip 20% for good service and 15% for substandard service.

It was very busy and appeared to be understaffed. Our server was great but very very busy. The lobster bisque was good , however the sayce on my chicken was very strong. Was very sweet of our waiter to recognize my birthday with delicious chocolate cake!

We enjoyed our second consecutive Christmas Eve dinner at sunset at Daiquiri Dicks. The holiday menu was solid. We especially enjoyed the onion ring stack as an appetizer, dirty martinis, and then on to salads. For mains, we had the pork chop and the petite filet/shrimp combination with the enchilada. Our food was delicious We again had a great time, and our service was superb even on a very busy night.

We went to Daiquiri Dick's for Christmas eve dinner. The food and service were excellent. My only concern is with the wine list, which I found overpriced. I understand wine pricing in PV has gone through the roof of late, but I don't see a downside to having at least a few moderately priced bottles on offer and more by-the-glass options. Otherwise everything was good.

Daiquiri Dick's was excellent in so many ways. The service, the ambiance, and the views were all perfect when my sister and I ate there last night. Unfortunately, when we got home, we both had violent stomach upsets. We had different appetizers, and then both had the fish entrée so suspect that was the culprit. Not how we would expect to finish an evening of fine dining.
