A family run winery nestled in the foothills of the King valley. Established in 1987 by Otto Dal Zotto, the winery has been at the forefront of innovation throughout its history. Namely, as the first Prosecco in Australia, planted in 1999. Sticking to tradition, there is now a wide selection of Prosecco, including our Col Fondo and "Tabelo" Col Fondo which draws back to the Dal Zotto family roots in Valdobbiadene: the home of Prosecco in Italy. The Dal Zotto selection has grown from the original Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Now, home to more Italian varieties such as Arneis, Barbera, Fiano, Garganega, Nebbiolo and Sangiovese. Complementing the increase in offering, the Trattoria was established, producing handmade, Italian inspired meals. The Dal Zotto family lives and works by the credo of family, tradition and innovation and with a third generation becoming involved in the vineyard, cellar door, kitchen garden and events, it seems there is plenty more to come.

Delicious food and very passionate and friendly staff. We had a lovely afternoon of food and wine tasting followed by drinks outside. Fantastic visit during the holiday as usual. Thank you.

Perfect location with great company on a perfect sunny day. Enjoying amazing food and yummy limoncello spritz. And a fun game of bocce to finish off. The only set back was the amount of flies while trying to eat and enjoy. Overall. Amazing!! 👌🏼

Absolutely outstanding food. Trout spaghetti gorgeous and DZ pizza are superb with their thin crust and creative toppings. Professional service topped iff by DZ wines.

We had a lunch and did a tasting to follow. The food was lovely - good serving sizes. Great arancini. The pork cotaletta was really well cooked and had lots of flavour. Too many flies for a dining room though. We were next to the window and there was approx 30 flies joining us for lunch - in our face, on our food, sitting on the window. The tasting that followed was great but needs more than 1 person in the tasting room as it was really busy and lots of waiting for our next sip, and sometimes the room was unmanned. We did really enjoy Dal Zotto and hope to return on our next adventure.

Good value and food options are quite varied. Able to hear yourselves talk as music is not loud and pleasant surrounds.

Absolutely delicious lunch at Dal Zotto Trattoria today. Was able to book a table at a time to suit with no trouble at all. We chose the special four cheese pasta with bacon and the mortadella pizza to share and were not disappointed. The pasta was cooked to perfection and the pizza was so fresh and light and a lovely blend of flavors - who would have thought grape and pistachios would taste sooo good on pizza?! We started our wine tasting before lunch and were able to continue it after our lunch - the staff were happy to accommodate this so we didn’t have to rush. Such a great variety of wines to choose and all tasted great. The Limencello spritz was a favorite of the day. Will definitely be coming again!

Beautiful spot, delicious food and helpful non-pushy staff. Enjoyed my limoncello spritz and mortadella pizza very much while relaxing in the sunshine.
