La experiencia DAMIANA goza de un espacio privilegiado. Dos hileras de árboles dan sombra a las mesas dispuestas en el patio, un espacio perfecto para quienes prefieren comer al aire libre. El chef Esteban Lluis rinde honores a los productos del valle y sus alrededores a través de un menú degustación de 6 tiempos + pre postre y postre. El cual se conforma en un 20% de vegetales de huertos cercanos, proteínas animales y sus derivados de granjas locales. El otro 80% de este menú es producto proveniente del mar. Por lo cual es muy importante que nos informe si en su grupo existe alguna alergia o restricción alimenticia. Esperamos poder recibirle pronto en nuestra casa Saludos cordiales - DAMIANA

This was our fist visit to Damiana and we were blown away! The food was delicious, the service and the ambiance were outstanding, and the drinks were really good. 100% recommend to anyone visiting Valle that is looking for a tasting menu experience!

La experiencia de degustaciones fue una combinacion perfecta de ingredientes y sabores tradicionels en recetas inovadoras. Uno de los mejores menus que hemos probado. El servicio fue muy atento en cada detalle. Cuando el clima se puso frio, nos trajeron un calenton y una manta. No hay ningun detalle que cambiaria, muchas gracias por todo.

We had an absolutely wonderful five -star Michelin award-worthy lunch. As a matter fact, this was better than many of the other Michelin restaurants we’ve been to in Mexico. Honestly, the food was impeccable, the ambience was world class, the service was perfect and the overall meal was truly unforgettable. Absolutely recommend this fabulous restaurant to all who are discerning and epicurean. Xoxoxo

Great surprise. First time here, obviously my expectations were high because of the recently Michelin Star they just had but honestly I was not expecting something like this. Was a trip around classic Mexican dishes and new cuisine. Traveling between memories and new experiences. Service was just perfect. Everyone had the right information about the way Food are prepared and exact ingredients. Ambient geourgeous beautiful place. Super highly recommended

Incredibly thoughtful (from local and sustainably sourced ingredients to plating and actual dishware) and well-executed meal. Portions were albeit too big and wish we had saved more room in the latter half of the tasting. But other than that, go!

Espectacular el menú!! Deliciosos platillos, el lugar, la amabilidad de la gente y el talento del chef hacen de Damiana una experiencia única en la vida!
