          Went for our 54th anniversary. Our server, Ross, was very personable and helpful. Helped my wife select her wine. She had the scallops with a side of Brussels sprouts. I had the rigatoni and the meatball pizza. Everything was delicious and large servings.

          So good to see large family groups here -- with several generations gathered together. The staff and management clearly want Dante to be that kind of neighborhood place. They were slightly understaffed that afternoon, however, so service sometimes was stretched too thin. I was happy to bring home a bottle of the house label Rosato, but alarmed at how dried out the cork was -- the wine had survived OK, thank goodness. I was even happier to take away about half of my serving of Rigatoni Bolognese and greens, which was splendid on site and splendid (all mixed together) afterwards.

          Dante is always a stellar experience! Great ambiance, drinks, service, and above all food! The Butterscotch Budino is simply the perfect dessert.

          Incredible care went into making our visit special; the quality of the dishes was excellent and the daily happy hour deals are almost too good to be true. An exceptional dining experience.

          I have taken friends and family to Dante for multiple occasions over the course of four years. Each time was quite enjoyable and worthy of returning. This last time, during "Happy Hour" however, was underwhelming. First, I never intended on reserving during Happy Hour, it was simply the timing that made it necessary. The crinkled dirty paper menus should have been an indicator for us that we should have gone to Applebees or Chilis (that is sarcasm). It was a limited menu, and considering we were there at 4:30, close enough to dinner, we were not allowed dinner menus. Our waiter clearly was out of his depth giving us awkward and disjointed service. It's unfortunate, because Dante is normally a great and dependable place to enjoy a fantastic meal. Happy Hour did not live up to its name.

          I’ve eaten at Donte so many times, the food and service are usually pretty good though I’ve experienced a steady decline in service over the past year. Not enough for me to stop going but little things here and there. Today however, the service was awful. My server seemed to want to wait on everyone but me even when I made attempts to get his attention. After I got my food he never came back to see if I needed anything or if I was enjoying my food. He only came back when it was time to pay. He left the pay machine at my table and no one bothered to tell me good bye when I left. The service was cold and uninterested. This experience really hurt my feelings.

          We were early but Dante found a table for us on a busy night. The food was excellent and the service was pleasant and timely.

          Pizza was very good, Squid Ink pasta was good, Osso Bucco was very good and the Ricotta Honeycomb app was excellent! Service was very good ambiance could be improved with more space between tables.
