Disaster!! We booked through Open table a reservation for 8 well in advance. It was a 94 year old and 70 year old birthdays. When we arrived at the restaurant, they told us that they never received the reservation from Open table and the server argued with me, until I showed her the confirmation on my phone. We were left to fend for ourselves, and had to move the tables ourselves to get our seating of 8. We were not offered the dining room area until later, we were left in the bar area with no other patrons. The food was very slow to come out and the 70 years old burger had to be returned because it was not fully cooked. It was so upsetting because the 94 year old was really looking forward to Darcy McGees and that very well may be the last birthday she celebrates, and it was so disappointing.

We were there before a show (Kanata Theatre). We got to restaurant at 6:05 and mentioned we had to leave around 7:15 for the show. We got the drinks fairly quickly but at 7:15, still no food… we had to cancel the order, pay the drinks and leave. Only my daughter got her soup. Won’t go there anymore…😞

We gave tons of notice that we were a large group and we were the only ones in the restaurant but service was still painfully slow. Took almost half an hour to get a glass of water and about 45 minutes to get a beer. Kids meals took really long which is not ideal. They should come out first. The place is in bad physical shape - appears to be falling apart. I asked for music to be put on and they explained that their music system was broken. So we had a birthday party in a pub with no music. The server was friendly and the food ended up being okay but I won't be back.

Ordered a Sausage, Egg and Cheese on an English muffin…it arrived minus the sausage, sent it back, then got the sausage but it was cold. Don’t think it could’ve been much worse. Won’t go there again.

Music was great! Food was ok. Service was ok. Not a place that should have bands. The band was great though. I won't run back there for the food.

Food took forever, we had beef stew with only one piece of mear in it, it was more like onion soup, place seemed rundown

There were 2 servers working. There was a party on one side of the pub and about 5 tables on our side. Arrival was marred by waiting at the door for quite some time. One server was taking a takeout order, one was entering data on a computer. Both had their backs to us and nobody acknowledged our arrival. Once we had our table the server was friendly and polite. Appetizers arrived reasonably fast and were delicious. However our main course took a very long time to arrive. 2 of our 3 had hit delicious meals. The other two had stone cold potatoes and veg and warm pies. The server said eat the pies and she would get new veg. When we asked how long that would take we were told 5 minutes. We offered to just have our plates thrown in the microwave but were assured hot replacements would be quick. We had finished everything and placed dessert orders and there were still no vegetables. We were offered them still and chose just the beans. They arrived and were delicious. Dessert was promised in 4 minutes but again we waited much longer than that. We ordered sticky toffee pudding which face it comes in manufactured in microwaved. It was the worst, sticky toffee pudding I’ve ever had, and I have had a lot! All I could taste was nutmeg they really need to change their suppliers. We were not charged for dessert, which seemed fair given the other problems as well. All in all dinner on a Sunday night took 2 1/2 hours.

We made a reservation. Showed up on time. The place was 3/4 empty. No body greeted us at the door we waited 5-10 mins. A server came and sat a party of 4 infront of us. Said jothing to us and we waited 5 more minutes with no contact so we left. Horrible
