Darling’s sharing plates menu created by our talented Head Chef, Tyler Biollo, focuses on local ingredient-driven, globally inspired dishes, showcasing the best of the season. You can always count on it being approachable and nourishing.

Darling’s natural wine list is always rotating to bring you thoughtful and exciting unique finds.

We're open for Brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 10-2pm!

    Justin’s restaurant is cozy, welcoming, softly lit, and lovely to spend time in. The sourdough was a great light starter and my server, Mat, recommended a fantastic orange wine. Looking forward to visiting next week! Thank you.

    Decent. Was not impressed by the food. We had the bread, yam salad, cheese plate, olives, steak and pasta. Steak was nothing special yet $42 without any sides. Ery small menu. Nice food presentation. Nothing is pulling me to return.

    Beautiful small restaurant allowing for an intimate dining experience. The menu encourages sharing plates. Enjoyed the bread & butter appetizer. And shared the sablefish and steak both prepared to perfection. If you want a quiet dinner in Edmonton check out Darling

    This was our first time dining here, and we enjoyed every aspect of the experience. The wine, the food, the service, and the overall ambience was so lovely. We will definitely be coming back.

    What a wonderful surprise! Our first time dining at Darling, and we were very impressed! Our server was excellent at her job. We sampled a red wine, didnt like it, and the bottle we chose from the menu was sold out. She suggested a bottle, and she was bang on! It was delicious. We asked for recommendations on the menu, and all our choices were perfect. Spanish Croquettes, anchovie toast, very tasty appetizers. The cabbage salad and the steak were perfect. Lots to share, and we even had leftovers. The grand finale, for dessert, the vanilla pound cake with ice cream was perfection. We will definitely be back with our friends!

    The space is great. I want to like Darling more. But they try too hard, and it takes away from the food. I leave disappointed and annoyed at how much I am paying for Style over Substance.
