Darling’s sharing plates menu created by our talented Head Chef, Tyler Biollo, focuses on local ingredient-driven, globally inspired dishes, showcasing the best of the season. You can always count on it being approachable and nourishing.

What a lovely evening! Darling never disappoints. Between the delicious food and the beautifully crafted cocktails by the wonderful Adam, it was a perfect night. Looking forward to the next time!

The appetizers were fantastic. The oysters were very fresh, the olives were flavorful, and the croquette was outstanding. The linguine was decent, but we weren't impressed with the sauce. The chocolate dessert was also very good, providing a nice, sweet note to finish off a lovely dinner.

First time at Darling. Small restaurant and was full on a Saturday evening. I recommend that you make a reservation. Limited menu, which I like. Food and service were top notch. Good prices on the food. Wine was a tad on the pricey side, the least expensive was around $75. Enjoyed and will go back.

Enjoyed our experience. Food is very well prepared, and service was good. Really enjoyed the carpaccio, and the burrata salad. We were not a fan of the squid ink pasta. There was nothing wrong with it, it just wasn’t to our tastes (more pronounced fish flavor than we expected). Bottle of organic Rose was a lovely accompaniment to the meal. Menus change seasonally and we would definitely come back again.

Everything on the menu is meant for sharing. The brassica salad is divine! The pasta dish was had was okay as well, but nothing special. The noodles seemed very fresh though. Would dine here again just for the brassica salad alone!
