Went two times each time got no help from staff went to bar they just walked right pass didn’t even greet one time just kept walking pass had to literally chase one down to even get help with a reservation customer service not all that good there waited awhile at table to order to the point we decide to eat somewhere else but the games are awesome wouldn’t be a place I eat just a place to play

We met some friends at Dave and Busters for a “date night”. The food was decent and wasn’t out of line price wise. Our Waitress was very nice but wasn’t the fastest-perhaps that was a scheduling issue with not enough people scheduled, I don’t know but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. One thing they really could improve on is every time she/they check on our table, grab some dirty dishes and cups and take them away. We sat with dirty plates and cups for quite some time-basically a full table of dirty dishes and she kept bringing us more drinks that we ordered but never took away the empties/dirties. That would have improved the experience we had there.

Laryn was our waitress tonight! WOW five star super friendly and went above and beyond! Food was good and fast service!

Our waitress was AMAZING!! I wish I remembered her name but she was great! We celebrated my son’s bday with just food and games! The waitress gave my son a free dessert off the menu.

Wasn't expecting to much but the food was actually great. We started with the chorizo queso dip and it was very addicting it didn't last long. I had bone in Buffalo wings and my wife had the original cheeseburger, both were very good. We also had a couple sodas and draft beers. Service was good and the kids had fun playing games.

The waitress was awful! She came to our table 3 times before we even really got a chance to look at the menu. Then took our order. Someone else brought our food out. She never returned to our table until it was time for our check? We never received any refills. My children had buffalo wings and needed ranch. No one would get us our ranch. Kept saying we will tell ur waitress. Very disappointed.

Bought my meal and ticket deal online through an ad. Server had no idea what it was. Server disappeared with my phone to show a manger. Another server came and brought out food. Our server said the bar was backed up but only half the seats in the place were filled. Finally, another server brought our drinks himself. Tickets for game play through the rewards app don’t work. There were kids everywhere. I thought this was advertised as an adult place. Won’t be going back. The beer was good and cheaper than surrounding restaurants.
