   The waitress was great but food was not hot and French fries were also cold and a little tough. Burgers tasty but almost cold.

   Great time for my birthday my service was great amazing them drinks was drinking though lol it was good was drunk and enjoyed went back the next day to finish all my coins

   Terrible service. Had to wait 30 mins to be seated even after having a reservation (first red flag). Very slow service! Had to wait 30 mins for silverware for our table after our food came out so by the time we got silverware our food was cold. Food took forever to come out & we ordered an appetizer & never received it. The cleanliness of the whole place was atrocious & for some reason it smelt like human bodily fluids in there. We will never be going back!

   We sat down at 3Pm food did not come until 4:30. Everything was cold. I mean extremely cold. Manager came and apologized. Said he would comp some. We had 10 people and he comped 1 cheeseburger. The 5 kids with us literally ate 1 bite and did d not eat another bite. Orders were incorrect. No napkins or utensils were handed out we practically had to beg for them. I will never go here ever again. I know this sounds harsh it is so out of character to leave such mean review. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

   Went on Valentine’s Day so I expected it to be busy which it was, which is why I bothered making the reservation. The hostess informed me that the reservation was pointless because non of the tablets where they keep track of that were charged. We were seated in an area where others had their food and drinks so we thought it would be long before our waiter approached. It took fifteen minutes before he came over, despite him walking around and interacting with the other tables. When he finally did he took our drink order like he was annoyed with us personally then he disappeared to go get them. He didn’t come back with our drinks for another ten minutes, then he asked if we were ready to order so we did order buffalo wings. After a half hour the waiter came back realizing as much. Around us others who got there after us had gotten their entrees and refills. He then went back to get them. Our wings arrived and we were able to order our entrees. A burger and a chicken sandwich. Again the music was so loud he could barely hear me and didn’t acknowledge that I requested no pickles. So I repeated it to him AGAIN, and this time he acknowledged it but seemingly annoyed. A family with several kids was seated in the private room, which we didn’t think anything of. We waited waiting as our waiter took that room’s order immediately. Which we figured okay they’re just picking up, they realize they’re leaving tables. We watch as every server from our side takes their order and brings them their FULL ORDER in 20 mins while we have yet to receive our entrees and another table that arrived before them is waiting with only menus and no drinks. When the food does come out after another half hour of waiting, brought to us by a completely different server my burger has pickles on it. None of the servers even walk through the section again as they are all looking after the private room. It took another 30 minutes for our server to come over and bring the check.

   We had a reservation at 645 and our food was not delivered until after 8pm. The first manager came over and asked if there was anything he could do so I asked him if he could atleast bring out my 5 year olds chicken bites.. and then he disappeared and we never saw him again. Then all of our entrees were delivered…our appetizer was delivered last…..we finished eating and asked for boxes. Our server said sure and then removed our appetizer before getting us boxes…which we planned on taking home with us because we really enjoyed it but didn’t receive it until after our food. A second manager spoke with us at the end and gave us 50% off. Which was nice. The music was way too loud for the dining room.

   Our server, Ryann was phenomenal. She was personal, professional and knowledgeable about the menu. The service was fantastic.

   Absolutely terrible service, terrible food, and a filthy environment ruined what should have been a pleasant family outing. It was over twenty minutes of sitting at a (still dirty) table before we got any sort of table service. Multiple items we asked for were simply unavailable, and those that were took about a half hour to arrive and were of shockingly low quality (one might be forgiven for thinking it was all microwaved). The environment was dirty, grimy, and depressing. This stayed constant whether one was in the arcade area, the restaurant area, or the bathrooms. There seemed to be some sort of serious management issue, as it wasn't even particularly crowded as far as we could tell and there were several tables that were not merely empty, but unbussed, for basically the entire time we were there. The one person who did wait on us seemed to be genuinely apologetic and sought to make our visit as acceptable as possible. It had been years since I had last been to this location, and all those years ago, it was fine. Now, I don't think I'll ever go back.

   It depends on how well the Eagles schedule goes. We patron here often during NFL season. We do well, great atmosphere…GO EAGLES!

    My family and I love this D&B but our server this night was about the best and it wasn’t busy at all. She kept messaging up food orders had to ask for utensils and napkins while one table never got. She kept both bills together so should could add her 56 gratuity tip despite us saying multiple times the bill was suppose to be separate two different tables two different bills. The she had a horrible attitude when communicating we wanted separate bills she just split it still not following directions. The service was horrible that night but the kids had a great time that’s all that matters
