We had reservations in general section, the waitress was not attentive ( I had to ask for everything we needed including eating utensils, plates etc). I went as far as going get my own small plates for ice cream cake. She brought us Forks to eat ice cream by the way. Also, I had to kp asking her to replenish the ' bottomless ' items we ordered. She brought out no napkins. We never got refills even though all of the glasses were empty. I eventually went the manager. I'm not sure what he said to her but nothing was resolved. She came to the table and asked if we needed anything but after an hour or more of mistreatment and unprofessionalism, I chose to close out and move to the Bay area. Bay area was better. The waitress we had in Bay area number 1 on November 16th was awesome. The hostess at the front was helpful as well ( wish I had their names). My Visit took place on November 16th...313128 was ticket number...please locate the unprofessional waitress and retrain her Erin

Come here for the games, skip the food and drinks! We decided to give the place a shot after coming many years ago when they first opened. It’s changed a lot! The place is awesome inside, clean and well designed and unique fun games for anyone 5+. We went with our two children ages 5 & 8 and our fiends who have children the same ages. The cocktail menu is extensive, however not a drop of alcohol in them 😂 my husband even paid extra for Whiskey Pig in his Old Fashioned….nada! I ordered a Long Island…typically gives me a good buzz and I rarely order a second…stone cold sober. The family that joined us had same issue - my friend rarely drinks and chose to since her husband was with her and the children….she was totally sober. Really shady. Server was super sweet, food mediocre. Games are $$$ and be prepared to have disappointed children when tickets/points are tallied! The ‘shop’ is ridiculous - my 5 yr old had 300 points - she was able to get a blow pop. We left after about 1.5 hrs, spending $200+ , and hungry & thirsty. In contrast, husband and I dined the night prior @ Zanti…spent about the same time/$ and we left there happy, full and talking about when we’d be back!

My experience at Dave and Buster's was fantastic! The atmosphere was lively and fun, a perfect night out for our anniversary celebrating with the kids. We started a delicious appetizer, and then entrees were just as impressive - fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Our waiter, Cameron was exceptional; he was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. His upbeat attitude truly enhanced our dining experience. Overall, it was a memorable evening filled with great food and excellent service!

It must have been an off night because iit was bad. Service was no existent and really bad when we could get them. Appetizer order was wrong, took 20 minutes to correct. Dinner order was wrong, didn't even try to tell them to correct. Table next to us got their dinner, order was wrong also. Bad bad bad.

pretty much what you would expect from a gaming, sports bar. food was okay, tv's are great for games, but the reason to go is the games. fun with the kids, good selection of games, overall good time.

Dave & Buster's is a great place for a fun night out with friends. The games are always a blast, and there's a good variety to choose from. However, our recent visit was a bit frustrating due to a few service issues. Our drinks were cleared from the table a couple of times before we were finished, and there seemed to be a lot of construction going on which made the atmosphere a bit chaotic. Overall, we had a good time, but the service could have been better. We probably will not go back again.

Disappointing all around. Food was average, service was poor, and I’ve never had a Stella that tasted like vanilla. Won’t be returning.

Food was great! (Especially the burgers!) The person who brought the food was very kind! However, the waitress wasn't extremely accomedating. She got one of our orders wrong. She rolled her eyes at us. Multiple times. You can tell she was irritated. We had to wait for her to come back around to ask for napkins and utensils. Overall she had a fake smile and bad attitude. Even though we tipped her 22% of each check. I work in the food industry and I would never roll my eyes or take a tone with customers... But other than that, we enjoyed our food.
