    The duck was very well presented and delicious. Unfortunately, the caesar salad was soggy. Mussels were not fresh. Disappointed in the overall meal. Would not return.

    Food was delicious, service was good, our waiter was attentive but quiet. The thing that bothered us the most was the added charges when we received our bill.

    We dined again at Davids last night. We like sitting at the counter where you're able to watch all the action in the kitchen and see the meals as they get picked up by the servers. Husband loves the open faced lobster ravioli, nice and light creamy sauce. I had the Haddock special with the lemon bure blanc (sp?) sauce w/capers. It was really good. We will return!

    We are long time fans of David Turin’s restaurants, but the portions of appetizers and entrees have shrunk considerably. Not a good value.

    We have eaten at all of the David's - there are 3 - numerous times. They are EXCELLENT. Food, ambience, and value highly rated. Should be on your list of Portland restaurants.

    Food and service were both excellent. Magret duck with squash risotto and spinach was prepared extremely well. We would definitely recommend.

    We had a lovely dinner at David’s restaurant. Absolutely no complaints. The food was delicious, the staff was wonderful and the atmosphere, warm and comfortable. We will definitely come back again.

    Other then the small children behind us who were loud, and playing with the lights, everything was great , i blame parents who didn’t intervene!

    Our son asked to go to David's for his birthday dinner in June. We had never been and were very pleasantly surprised. We have since returned three additional times, including last night. Each time the food and the service have been amazing. My husband and I enjoy sharing our meals and we have always been graciously accommodated by the servers. We are trying to experience more restaurants in Portland, but we always seem to end up back at David's.
