Chef Drew Deckman proposal is based on sustainability of our ingredients, paying homage to Baja California “Table to the farm”. Our goal is that our ingredients and products travel less than a zero km to be enjoyed at your table. The wine, olive oil, eggs, vegetables, flowers , herbs, honey, lamb and vegetables have been produced/raised in this same ranch and family ranches that we own and operate. We proudly celebrate the "Slow Food" philosophy.
