    Food was outstanding as always. Waiter was fun. Del Friscos is always our favorite restaurant. Great to go to for Christmas dinner.

    My Boyfriend and I always book Del Frisco’s for Christmas, it’s kind of like our Holiday tradition. They do such a fantastic job all around, and they seem to get better year after year. I requested a booth near a window so we could look out on the Christmas lights and they had our table ready the minute we walked in. There was a bit of a draft from the air conditioning and the nice and attentive hostess immediately had it turned down. Our server, James, was fantastic, so nice and personable, and provided us with great service. As always, the food was incredible. Our medium rare steaks were cooked to perfection, and were they were really tender. Our sides, the creamed spinach and twice baked truffle potato were delicious as well. Thank you Del Frisco’s for another wonderful Christmas.

    Service was incredibly disappointing. Our waiter was rarely present to check on us, take our order, refills on water/drinks, see how the food was, bring the check, etc. Wanted to order cocktails, but couldn’t find waiter. Would have ordered dessert but he dropped the menu and didn’t return for a very long time so we opted out. Our order was wrong, steaks were way undercooked. Both medium well and well done steaks were purple. As a positive, the valet attendant was very pleasant and attentive. Would consider moving him into the restaurant.

    Disappointing Christmas Day meal at Del Frisco's. My husband's pork chop had to be sent back as it was undercooked. By the time it was returned, he was almost done with his sides and I was half way thru my meal. We each ordered baked potatoes and they arrived undercooked and not hot. My husband did enjoy his Lobster bisque appetizer and my rib eye was excellent.

    Almost 30 minutes late sitting down for our reservation, but that’s OK. Food was mediocre. I ordered a lobster tail and it was a pile of shelled cold lobster (made me think leftovers.) Not to mention a overcooked steak for another person. Chris our server was done for the night before we even got there. I asked for a hot drawn butter to try to improve my lobster tail. It showed up when everybody else was done. I ordered a second glass of wine never got it charged for it and when we questioned it, he seemed upset that we were not OK with being charged for a $25 glass of wine we didn’t get. Our reservation was so late and we were late sitting down and it was Christmas Eve seemed pointless and useless to even ask for anything to be replaced. Wanted to order a meal to go, never had the opportunity to do so even though the hostess was supposed to note it when she sat us down.

    The main meal was served first, steak dish and sea bass. The lobster bisque soup, mashed potatoes and broccolini was served 20 minutes later, all at once. Timing of how items were served was bad. Waiter blamed the kitchen and never did anything else. Bad experience for an expensive $270 meal. I wrote to Del Frisco’s customer service as well.
