    Almost 30 minutes late sitting down for our reservation, but that’s OK. Food was mediocre. I ordered a lobster tail and it was a pile of shelled cold lobster (made me think leftovers.) Not to mention a overcooked steak for another person. Chris our server was done for the night before we even got there. I asked for a hot drawn butter to try to improve my lobster tail. It showed up when everybody else was done. I ordered a second glass of wine never got it charged for it and when we questioned it, he seemed upset that we were not OK with being charged for a $25 glass of wine we didn’t get. Our reservation was so late and we were late sitting down and it was Christmas Eve seemed pointless and useless to even ask for anything to be replaced. Wanted to order a meal to go, never had the opportunity to do so even though the hostess was supposed to note it when she sat us down.

    The main meal was served first, steak dish and sea bass. The lobster bisque soup, mashed potatoes and broccolini was served 20 minutes later, all at once. Timing of how items were served was bad. Waiter blamed the kitchen and never did anything else. Bad experience for an expensive $270 meal. I wrote to Del Frisco’s customer service as well.

    My wife and I had Christmas eve dinner reservations. They escorted us to our table about 15-20 minutes late, not bad for a big holiday, but still not at our reservation time. The server was professional, but not attentive or friendly. Service in general was lackluster. The food was hit and miss. The charred octopus was tough and the broccolini was undercooked. The lobster mac & cheese was good but skimpy on the lobster. Steaks and wine are why you come to Del Frisco's and they didn't disappoint. The wine was good...Latour Pauillac 2018...but the markup is ridiculous. I miss the days when you saw Didi and Del roaming around. Service and food was impeccable back then. Overall it was a nice visit, but we'll probably go back to Cap Grille or Eddie Vs next time.

    Very disappointed. Slow service. Additional tables and seating made it very noisy and cramped. Chairs too low for the table (must have been some of the addl seating). Food great but everything else not close to past experience.

    Del’s is always a great experience and one we have visited often for our family Christmas Eve dinner. The steak prices are starting to border on silly high though. Don’t know where this is going but if the market supports it then go for it.

    The mocktail list was great - so refreshing The filet was TOP TIER, AMAZING - medium rare as always ordered and one of the best steaks I’ve ever had Can not wait to go back

    It was my birthday, and I put that on my reservations and did not get a signed card, as I usually do every year. The service was good and the food was awesome and the server did a good job.
