The service and food were more accurately rated at 3.5 stars, but it's evident that the staff put in considerable effort to provide good service. Fell short in execution. Staffs were very nice.

The food is good but over priced. The service is a little slow. In general, there is not enough variety in the food offerings at Half Moon. You should consider adding an Italian restaurant and an Asian restaurant.
