This is a solid concept, but it needs some refinement. The restaurant offers pizzas, salads, and dessert pizzas, which is great, but the execution could be improved. The biggest issue was the pacing—pizzas took a long time to come out. When they did, they were served in quick succession, followed by long gaps with nothing. I expected something akin to the Brazilian-style meats concept, but with pizza. Instead, it felt like they were intentionally slowing down service, possibly to limit how much customers eat.
Another downside was the service. While the staff did check in on us, asking if we had tried all the dessert pizzas and if we needed anything else, the way it was done felt more like they were nudging us to leave rather than providing attentive service. In an "endless buffet" setting, guests shouldn't feel pressured.
The pizza slices themselves are extremely small—about an inch wide at the crust—so you can easily finish one in two or three bites. That makes the slow service even more noticeable.
On top of that, I had a server accidentally drop a slice of pizza on me, which stained my shirt and made a mess of my clothes. With only one waitress managing the entire restaurant, it took quite a while to even ask for assistance. While she did clean it up, there was no effort to properly address the situation or make things right. In a well-run establishment, an incident like that should be handled with more care.
Overall, the concept has potential, but the slow service, odd pacing, and lack of attentiveness left a lot to be desired.
