Great menu selections and service - The location is also unique and fun. All of us that dined together felt that the food could’ve been a bit more seasoned and that the prices were a bit high for the quality of some of the ingredients we received.

The vibes and the idea were cool but the service was far below average. Wasn’t a fan of the workers attitudes or motivation to make the experience anything but below average

The service was amazing but they don’t have hh anymore which means fries bacon and 2 drinks were $70. Not worth it to me.

When we arrived for our 4:45pm reservation, we were met with a sign that said kitchen closed at 5pm and restaurant closed at 6pm for private party. These was our 1 year wedding anniversary, which I put in notes, and had this reservation on the books for over a week. I don’t understand how I couldn’t have been notified of the private party to either decide if the rushed experience was going to be ok or if I wanted to book somewhere else. We had tickets to a comedy show at the Paramount and by the time we arrived at The Derby and were seated, it was pushing too close to our showtime to go somewhere else. We received subpar service— mainly as servers were counting down to set up for the party and closing their stations. We barely had time to order before the 5pm cutoff for food and would’ve ordered again before HH ended but a server never came back until after. We didn’t get water until 20 mins in and had to ask. Overall we were extremely disappointed. No courtesy of a heads up for private party closure and no acknowledgement of our special day.
