Where the old school diner and modern cocktail bar meet, Deville Dinerbar is the gathering place to indulge in American-inspired comfort food in downtown Montreal.

It’s a story of three brothers celebrating their love of the past, whose fond memories of summer road trips with mom and dad was a foodie’s ultimate adventure. With stops to various diners all along the east coast, the boys were forever hooked on its exciting cuisine and knew they had to spread their gospel of diner love to the masses.

Years later they did just that. Deville Dinerbar isn't simply an homage to diners of yesterday but a creative outlet allowing the brothers to transform dishes and drinks for today's modern tastes and trendsetting sensibilities.

                      Très cool comme endroit , assez jeune et dynamique . Le menu est accessible et varié , de bonnes portions et très originale. Excellent cocktail . Parfait pour faire la fête ou souper en groupe mais pas idéal pour un souper romantique .

                      Came to Deville Dinebar for an early birthday dinner celebration with my girl_friend. We ordered the : Salt And Pepper Calamari to share. They were Deep fried and served with a side of Peruvian aji rojo sauce. The Calamaris were delicious on their own. Portion is a standard starter portion. My girl_friend ordered the Deville Macho Salad that is served in a HUGE bowl. It comprises of; Mixed greens, Quebec free range roasted chicken breast, avocado, grape tomatoes, corn, dates, almonds, goat cheese and cornbread.  This salad, like all of Deville’s salads was served in a HUGE bowl. You can order it as a meal or a salad to share. This is the type of salad that Elaine Benes would appreciate. I am Referring to the Seinfeld Season 6 Episode 2 'The Big Salad'. All the ingredients were fresh. This salad was « YUMMMERsss » I had the Classic Deville Burger which is a double angus patty burger prepared with cheddar cheese, shredded iceberg, tomatoes, grilled red onions, B&B pickles and their signature Dinerbar sauce. This meal is served with julienne style fries. I have been to Deville at least a dozen times and last night was my first time returning since the endemic. I am happy that this restaurant hasn’t lost a beat with everything from the politeness of their greeters, to their waitors/waitresses, to the cleanliness of the establishment and finally in the quality of food. Deville Dinebar has tasty options to cater all types of palates. Whether you are feeling for delicious appetizers, HUGE salads, juicy burgers, pasta, seafood, or a good steak, If you are looking for a trendy hip burger joint to go to in Downtown Montreal, head on over to Deville Dinebar, you won’t be disappointed!

                      Everything about our experience at this restaurant was fantastic, our server, Igor was exceptional, with this being our 1st time at the diner he took the time to explain the menu and was very knowledgeable about all the menu items as we had a dairy allergy to avoid. We would highly recommend this establishment when in downtown Montreal!

                      I had a craving for steak frites and Deville’s did not disappoint. The steak was delicious, perfectly seasoned and cooked. The fries were crispy and abundant. My meal really hit the spot.
