We’re located in a beautifully restored former Wood Turning Mill and Dyehouse, with Riverside Garden and Wild Flower Meadow, with decor embracing our post-modern industrial heritage with the warmth and energy of an Italian Piazza.

    We’re beyond excited to kick off our first Tuscan-inspired feast of the year packed with the rich, rustic flavours of Italy. It’s going to be a beautiful night! Wanderlust Wednesdays are all about the love of little plates- Each dish on the menu is handmade by our Head Chef Carl and his team, from the traditional bites to inspired takes on Tuscan classics.     Great food. Loved how the chef overcame the menu sell out (big up to Quack & Squeak - iykyk). Felt a little rushed but we did get the last table at 6.30 with a last minute booking.

    It is a pricey restaurant but definitely worth a visit and I’m sure I will be back there again soon. Lovely surroundings, beautiful building, really lovely staff and fabulous food! Excellent for a special occasion or simply a great lunch out for two 👍

    My 2 children and I visited for lunch and was served by a fabulous waitress named Tilly. Her service was exceptional, she offered great information regarding the menu and helped us decide upon puddings, she made the visit perfect! The venue is unique, warm and welcoming. The food was delightful and we all loved our meals, thank you.

    The waitress that we had really doesn't suit hospitality. She was surley and no friendly interaction from her at all. My tortellini was four pieces for £22. I'm sure Devour could afford to put 5 or 6 pieces on the plate for this price. At 8.30pm the restaurant only had one piece of our chosen dessert left. I'm not convinced that our dessert order was put through by our waitress. We waited 30 minutes before another waitress approached us and blamed the delay on the kitchen. A further waitress then arrived and offered us free coffee as a way of apology.

    Thank you for sharing your experience. I can only apologise for the attitude of our waitress that fell short of our usual friendly hospitality. We’ll speak to her directly. Regarding the tortellini, although it may appear small, these are oversized handmade pieces filled with porcini & wild mushrooms—high-quality ingredients are our priority. We appreciate your feedback and I will pass them on to our Head Chef All our desserts are made fresh in-house, so when one is extremely popular—especially at Christmas—it can be tough to remake quickly. We understand your disappointment & apologise for the delay. Thank you again for your feedback. We’ll use it to refine our service, & we hope you’ll give us another chance to provide a smoother, more enjoyable experience. Warm regards, Liv
