We came on a romantic date night & D.H. Lescombes winery & bistro delivered! From walking in, to our servers, the food, drinks & decor was outstanding! The steak was perfectly cooked & the wine is delicious & local. Definitely a place we are going to start celebrating special occasions at.

For $25, I wasn't expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised by the Sunday morning brunch. This place is definitely a step up from all the other dining options in Rio Rancho and the West Side. My only complaints about the brunch buffet: ▸ The sopapillas were dryer than the desert and tougher than leather. ▸ Have healthier food options like more fruit and whole grain breads and cereals.

I made reservations for 7:30. We got there about 7:25 and was told we’ll have to wait, which was fine. It’s Saturday night and it was busy. I expected maybe a 10-15 minute wait. We didn’t get seated close to 8:15. We were told they only had seating for large groups. So 45 minutes later we were able to order our food. We ordered the baked Brie to start. It was mediocre. They simply took the cheese out of the package and warmed it up and put honey on it. I ordered the chicken parmigiana and it was also mediocre. Tasted similar to Olive Garden. My wife had a steak which was not seasoned well. The wait staff were nice but not nice enough for us to come back. I think if you want a place to drink and hang out this location will be fine, but not for a good dining experience. I don’t recommend this restaurant, we had better experiences at the original location.

The food was truly outstanding. The new Cottonwood location is just beautiful. We can't wait to go when its warmer to sit outside on the balcony. Our server (Cecily) was fantastic. She was efficient, attentive and responsive to our table. She did a really good job.

The first couple of times we went the service was great. The last couple of times the service was slow and the waitress was inattentive. We sat at a table and waited and waited for a server and finally we got up and just went to the bar to sit and order.

great atmosphere and good food. Hostess was so incredibly rude that I'm contemplating if it's worth it to go back. Was checked in at 3:48 for a 3:45 reservation after waiting behind a few other customers. Hostess notified me that I was late and that next time, I needed to call them as they only have a 15 minute waiting window, I told her that it's 3:48 so I am within the window. She rolled her eyes, huffed and said, "You are 3rd in line. I was ok with that even though the place was full of empty tables, and she could have sat the entire waiting area. I understand that the hostess will throttle traffic based on staff, etc. We sat waiting 30 minutes before a server presented themselves to say hi. If it hadn't been my mom's birthday, I would have not even stayed for the reservation due to the hostess attitude. We placed our order as soon as the server presented himself as we didn't want to lose our opportunity. Water wasn't refilled. We didn't order drinks when we placed our order, so we decided to stay with water. Server was kind, but never refilled water. Dinner was not finished and paid for until 7:15 and we are quick eaters and didn't chit chat due to the people waiting. Not a great experience. Westside Lecombes needs to up their game to the quality and service of their Rio Grande location. Fish and fries were greasy, pot roast was missing gravy, medium steak was well done and pecan chicken was ok. Bread pudding and onion soup were excellent. Disappointed that my mom's birthday dinner wasn't as special as I had intended.

We went to Les Combes to celebrate our grand daughter’s birthday. Ari provided exceptional service. Her attentiveness and humor made the evening that much more enjoyable. The food was delicious as usual. Thank you for a wonderful evening out.
