Dhillon’s Spire Bar, a brilliantly atmospheric and conspiratorially cosy space. The premises is historically recognised as the Christchurch Spire, which is situated on New Union Street in the heart of Coventry City Centre.

Christchurch Spire is a historical landmark and one of the Spires that dominate Coventry city centre’s skyline. Christchurch spire is one of Coventry’s famous ‘three spires’.

Dhillon’s Spire Bar is brought to you by Dhillon’s Brewery, a multi-award-winning micro-brewery that brews exclusive, exciting, beautifully crafted ales with a slight hint of madness using a combination of traditional and modern brewing methods.

Dhillon’s Bottomless Brunch is held in the heart of Coventry City Centre on Saturdays and Sundays. Book your table now to sample our Indian Street Food Menu’s rich, exotic flavours. Take advantage of the best bottomless drinks menu in Coventry! For 90 minutes, you can also choose from a variety of delectable signature cocktails, sparkling prosecco and beer. Bottomless Drinks include: Pornstar Martini, Espresso Martini, Spire Rum Punch, Prosecco and Dhillon’s Draught Beer. Pick Any Brunch Option from the Bottomless Brunch Menu and Unlimited Drinks for 90 Minutes. Saturday 12 pm to 4 pm | Sunday All Day. Only £35 Per Person. Please make sure to choose one option per guest to avoid any delays when making your booking.

I have been to dhillons 4 times now unfortunately I won't be returning The food was awful The table was filthy There was flies whilst we were eating

We tried the brunch here for the 1st time. The food was excellent very tasty Indian inspired dishes. Amar was very accommodating and attentive throughout, we were never without a drink and the drinks options were fab too. Pornstar martinis were very good not mass produced rubbish. It was a lovely day which you need here as most the seating is outside. The only downfall really is that the area is not enclosed so there were ppl using it as a short cut to walk through. I think even a little picket fence would help deter most from doing this and create a better atmosphere for customers.

Place is completely empty on a Friday night at 10:30pm. Didn't stay and just left. No atmosphere at all.

On the whole a great experience. Food was amazing. The service was outstanding and our glasses were never empty. Highly recommend

We went for bottomless brunch on 23/12/23. Sofia the manager was so friendly and personable, was great at recommending drinks and talked us through the process of making some of the signature cocktails. The cocktails were excellent, I’ve been to other brunches where the cocktails are full of sugar, these were nothing like that. The food was amazing Indian street food, great portion sizes, and delivered from Sky Blue Tavern in about 20 mins (Dhillon’s spire does not have a kitchen on site)- however we were the only ones having bottomless brunch that day. Amar also made some amazing cocktails for us. The whole experience was fantastic and would recommend to anyone for bottomless brunch or just for cocktails/drinks. Will definitely be going back soon

We were given a booth in a quite place, offered to move if needed and also told we could have the music turned down if we wanted it lower. Service was excellent, the staff couldn’t do enough for us.

Arrived at the Spire Bar and announced that we had booked a table. This was acknowledged by the bar server. Ordered our drinks at a very expensive £25 for 4 pints! We were given no indication where we should sit so we found a table on the outside area. At no stage were we approached with menus or any indication that we were there to enjoy a meal. Decided after the one drink to decamp to Wetherspoons round the corner and ate there. Very disappointing experience.

Great atmosphere. Cocktails were quite strong and had to wait some time for them to be made. It would have been a 5 star experience if we hadn’t been waiting about 20 mins for two cocktails to be made. They were very nice cocktails though, would definitely come back
