Diego-Hernandez Restaurante is nestled within the iconic Wine Museum in the heart of Valle de Guadalupe. As a pioneer of sustainable cooking in Mexico, Chef Diego Hernandez showcases the rich flavors and traditions of Baja California.

The menu features the region's whole, traceable foods, including exclusive varieties of vegetables and fruits from the off-site garden, and whole animals sourced from a local cattle ranch.

The restaurant's interior design pays homage to the rugged beauty of Baja California's landscape, resulting in a warm and inviting atmosphere that perfectly complements the restaurant's focus on local, modern cuisine. This atmosphere is further enhanced by the chef's counter, which offers an immersive dining experience, where guests can witness the culinary action firsthand while enjoying stunning views of the vineyards.
