At this time, we cannot modify the experience for any allergies or aversions with the Omakase experience. Welcome to our Omakase experience at DipDipDip Tatsu-Ya, curated by Chef/Owner Tatsu Aikawa. An optional sake pairing complements Chef Aikawa's meticulously crafted multi course menu. Reservations require full party participation and timely completion to accommodate subsequent guests. WOW! As you walk in, you are welcomed by the entire staff. Very inviting atmosphere, a lot of energy, and the drinks and food was amazing. Understanding this was our first visit, Jorge did a tremendous job of explaining the menu and providing his expertise on drinks, appetizers and main dish's. We can't say enough great things about dipdipdip Tatsu-ya and looking forward to our next of many visits.

Delicious! only complaint is server knowledge of the finer details of the menu- and the chairs are terribly uncomfortable! We’ll go back though! Delicious food and drink!

The omakase menu was spot-on, with each course featuring creative pairings of meats, vegetables and sauces. The drinks menu is also amazing and the bartender extremely enthusiastic about his craft. We were both very happy with our meals and will definitely be back!

Brought my sister in to experience the new menu for the first time and everything was stellar. Service was on point, food was delicious, and the cocktails were *chef's kiss.* Couldn't have asked for a better meal experience.

You won't find finer Japanese "fine dining" cuisine in Austin. We selected the Omakase experience and each course was simply wonderful. Sake paring is definitely worth the price and a great education if you know little about sake. Service was exceptional as well. No question, this will quickly become a place in which I spend way too much time. Highly recommended.

so good. if you haven’t tried shabu shabu you just should! also. hidden secret, their oyster special of the day will surprise and delight you. wine selection is limited, but offerings are prefect with their food. overall 👍👍👍👍

Shabu shabu is essentially cooking meat/seafood/veg in boiling or near boiling water, then dipping into various sauces. The food is very fresh here, the portions quite generous, and it is a good value for a luxury meal! Very fun vibe and a great date, or social experience. You can learn a lot about the people with you.
