Dinner was fantastic last night. Tasty pasta bolognese and a little pizza was perfect on a cold wet night. The staff is always so friendly and they do make you feel like family. In a small town full of great Italian restaurants Disotto stands out!

The pollo alla Milanese is unbelievably tasty, and the service was excellent. The bread with the olive oil that they bring out to each table is also wonderful. Nice, cozy ambiance and a really nice experience.

Overall we were disappointed, I made the reservation for my daughter’s 12th birthday (at her request!). I noted on the reservation that it was for a child’s birthday, and asked if they could do anything to mark the occasion. Our table was squeezed next to a very large, loud party - included yelling and broken glass. No mention of a birthday or anything about it during our meal. The restaurant smells like sewage on and off, which makes for an unpleasant dinner experience. When we were asked about dessert, I ordered a slice of cake “for the birthday girl!” and pointed to her when ordering. It came out without a candle or even a happy birthday, so I requested one which they did bring and our family sang quietly to her. It was such a disappointing experience and we won’t be back for special occasions. Manager and hostess standing at stand when we left barely said goodbye, let alone ask how our meal was. Odd customer service.

Great night at Disotto. Inside tip. After 7:30 on a weekend pretty good chance you can find a seat at the bar. Party of three at the bar and had wonderful service and hospitality from Jose.

Such a fantastic restaurant. We came to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and the staff was incredible accommodating us. They were patient and took their time understanding all the food allergies. One of the waiters sang a beautiful rendition of happy birthday. I can’t say enough about the staff here. Just a wonderful night! Oh and the food, as always was delicious!

We dine out consistently and this was the worst service we have ever experienced. 2 stars only because the food and ambience were good. We were seated downstairs with a party of nearly 20 and it was twice as loud as any restaurant in the city. We had to flag down the server for drinks and our appetizers never came. Then we had to ask him to come over down for dinner, dessert and the check.
