Join dLeña, as featured in the 2022 edition of The MICHELIN Guide DC, at our signature chef’s table tucked behind the main bar with an exquisite leather banquette facing directly into the open kitchen. Chef will prepare eight courses for 160.00 per guest, with an optional beverage pairing for 75.00 per guest. Each of our guests will receive a take-home surprise to enjoy the morning after. ¡Salud!

    *Please note before booking menu substitutions will not be allowed & we will not be able to accommodate dietary restrictions* Indulge in a luxury chef’s table experience Tuesday through Saturday nights. With two seatings per night at 5:15pm and 7:30 pm Tuesday through Thursday and 5:15pm and 8:15pm Friday and Saturday nights, chef’s table diners will enjoy an eight-course menu for $160 per person with an option for a coursed beverage pairings for $75. Enjoy off-menu items and other surprises. dLeña’s chef’s table is located behind the main bar with an exquisite leather banquette facing directly into the open kitchen. The perfect all-inclusive experience for a birthday, anniversary, proposal, or gathering with loved ones.

                          The chef's table is an incredible experience!! Every course was beautifully crafted and delicious! Watching the kitchen run throughout the night was a treat; it felt like we were immersed in a cooking reality show with a the flames and the controlled chaos of the staff. We had the cocktail pairing which was just as artistic and exquisite as the meal. All the portions and cocktails were generous, so bring an appetite if you go with the chef's table experience. We were so impressed with the service of the staff; the table was wiped clean with every course and waters topped off constantly. It was evident the team was working together to stay on top of every detail despite the rush in the kitchen.

                          Chef Carlos Camacho is truly a conductor orchestrating a symphony at dLeña, with every plate served being nothing short of a masterpiece. That’s the only way to describe what this artist (and artist he is) has and is currently doing in this wonderful Mexican restaurant. The way he uses his tools to spread and pour sauces, to form and shape proteins to his likening, and place micro-greens and flowers on each plate is identical to the way a painter brushes and strokes his canvas.

                          Amazing experience! We did the chefs table was delicious and entertaining. The manager Josh was so accommodating and welcoming and chef Carlos made our experience memorable! We will definitely be back!

                          The chef’s table experience was AH-MAZING!!!! We booked it for my little sister’s 30th birthday and it DID NOT disappoint!! They treated us sooooooo well even tho we were late. We still received our full experience!! We even got perfect little boxed gifts at the end of everything. Don’t eat before you go!!! The food was beyond filling even in the portions they came in. The Chef was superb!!!! I felt like I was a cooking show judge lol food and drinks 10/10!!!
