The service was pretty horrible to be frank. We were seated in the bar area and had 2 rotating servers in our area. Took about 15 mins for someone to come over initially and get drink orders. When the server did take our orders (not writing anything down) We ordered drinks/apps/entrees all at once because how long it took to get a server initially. We didn’t see the drinks for even longer after that. Every time she walked by our table, I would ask for our drinks and then she would ask what our drinks were (a Prosecco and a Diet Coke) she would apologize and say she forgot and that “it’s been a day”. This happens TWICE MORE after this. One of the times she said that “someone had to go get the Prosecco” from somewhere? So now we’ve ordered the same drinks 3 times. After the third time, she finally brought them. Actually, one of the times she walked by (without the drinks BUT with her pen and notebook asking if she could take our food orders….all while we already had our Caesar salads in front of us) My friend then made the mistake of asking for a refill on her Diet Coke…which she had to ask twice for after. Listen, I get some days are worse than others and we’re all human. I have worked in customer service over half my life so I try to be empathetic to customer service workers, however, this was borderline ridiculous. I was also very concerned because I have Celiac and needed to make sure she noted that when I put my order in and ensure my pasta would actually be gluten free. (It ended up being fine) This was my first (and last) time coming here which was a shame because my friend and I really enjoyed the food and ambiance.
