Domenica translates to “Sunday,” in Italian, it is the day of the week to explore and cook leisurely, abundant meals. At Domenica restaurant, our chefs seek to transport guests to those coveted moments, offering passionately prepared dishes that marry pure, local ingredients with revered techniques.

While the menu is rooted in tradition, our chefs focus on elevating Italian ingredients and classic flavors to create modern classics, adapted for the contemporary palate of New Orleans. The fresh pastas made by hand daily, roasted vegetables, meats and Napolitano style pizzas, all prepared in the restaurant’s iconic wood oven, are perfectly complemented by custom-brewed beers, seasonal craft cocktails and an Italian-focused wine list.

    Our waiter was attentive and proactive. We did not have a lot of time to eat and were pleasantly surprised that everything we ordered came in quickly and in orderly manner.

    The staff was amazing , they had a beautiful St Joseph’s Table and the food made everyone in our family happy. Would recommend you dinner here

    The food was delicious and our server was outstanding. The only slight negative was that we were seated at a table that was near the door and so there was a lot of traffic going by.

    My family always enjoys going to Domenicas Restaurant in the Roosevelt Hotel near Canal Blvd/Bourbon Street. The service, food, and ambiance are always excellent. We use the Roosevelt as our one-stop shop for dining, parking, a bar, and shopping everytime we go to NOLA. Staff are always friendly and helpful, esp the valet parkers. My personal favorites at Domenicas are roasted cauliflower as appetizer and the Margherita pizza. All of the bar drinks I have tried are delicious

    Phenomenal food and phenomenal service. The roasted cauliflower is to die for and the main reason that we eat there. We also had the white pizza which was also perfect. Happy hour cocktails were reasonably priced.
