   My wife and I visited Don Michele for the first time and had a really lovely afternoon. The restaurant is nicely set out, with charming decor and authentic Italian music playing in the background, which added to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. We started with the bruschetta and the mushrooms. Although there was a bit of a wait—around 30 minutes—the starters arrived fresh and full of flavour, so it was worth it. The place was quite busy, which explained the delay and actually made the experience feel more lively and authentic. For mains, my wife had the chicken while I went for the carbonara. Both dishes were really tasty and clearly made with care. The portions were just right, and the presentation matched the quality of the food. The service was great throughout—our waitress was lovely and attentive. To top things off, the owner came over for a friendly chat and even offered us a shot before we left, which was a nice personal touch. All in all, we had a great experience and will definitely be back!

   We were welcomed when we entered the restaurant by the owner and the waitress. We were shown to a table and received our drinks. We were shown different beers and advice from the owner which Italian beer was authentic and we were very pleased with the beer he suggested. Restaurant is very cosy, inviting and clean. Nice subtle music. Food was amazing the chefs are great. Varied choice of food and drink. Can’t praise this restaurant enough we have been a few times and never been disappointed. Great service from all staff.

   Really impressed, love that the new location is so central now. Lovely atmosphere & the low level music meant we could still chit chat. The food was fab as always. There were 3 servers on and the shorter male gave wonderful service, super polite & kind! Thank you💫

   Service and Food was excellent making it an extremely pleasant and enjoyable evening. Waiting staff Reece, Maria and Valery added extra enjoyment to the evening, especially Reece ( unsure of correct spelling) who went above and beyond to try and fulfill our request for out of stock item and Maria, who was our main server. New Premises are a bit cramped but adds to the Ambience and did not really affect the overall experience. Intend to return on a regular basis as long as they restock on our favourite liquor....Sambuca. haha......Thanks for an Enjoyable Evening.

   Our first visit as a group of 5 celebrating a birthday. The food was excellent, perfectly sized portions and super fresh ingredients. The Team were so attentive to our needs without being overbearing. They managed to accommodate my super fussy husband which was a bonus - he received exactly what he requested which was great. We were afforded enough time to sit and chat once or meal was complete. Will definitely be returning.

   Been coming here for here for years was a great restaurant on Perth Road, now moved never been so disappointed with a meal the food is halved in size & service wasn’t the best. There was no imagination on serving dry lettuce , looked like a black burnt steak, 3 potatoes & small portion of veg really poor presentation . He had 1 .20 min to wait for our main course. Had to keep asking for drinks . It seemed like staff didn’t know what they were doing. I hope it improves for them .

    Nice meal and busy atmosphere. Like the new ( but somewhat smaller) premises. Great food and service.. bit of a squeeze at times with lots of rejigging of tables to suit new customers.. very lively for a midweek. Great thanks.
