My family and I frequently dine at Donatellas for so many reasons. Everything on their menu - from apps to desserts - are amazing. Their staff is incredibly helpful. Their entire building feels homey and warm. I also love their portion sizes - I always have enough for lunch the next day (if I don't forget it in the car - lol請問這對你有幫助嗎?

We were extremely disappointed. We had been looking forward to dining there. With a reservation, they showed us to a industrial lite space apart from the main cozy dining area.... that had no other diners. The room looked and felt like an event space. It was uninviting and the waiter that showed us to the space had an unapologetic attitude of take it or leave it. We had never been there before and will not considered it again.請問這對你有幫助嗎?

I have been to Donatell’a a number of times. The food is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is lovely and modern. We were celebrating our friend’s birthday. This was a first visit for our friends and they thoroughly enjoyed it.請問這對你有幫助嗎?

I'm sorry to have to post my latest experience here. The countless times previously were good and I hope this is an outlier. First, when we entered, there was no one there to check us in. After waiting for 10 minutes, I walked over to a server and asked if anyone was available. Someone came over and escorted us to a table. After sitting for about 20 minutes, the waiter came over, and we gave our drink order. He came back to say one of the wines was out. He then took our order. We ordered an appetizer of stuffed artichoke, pollo portofino, and veal limone. After about 45 minutes our stuffed artichoke arrived looking and tasting very different than what we normally have gotten here. After an hour we inquired what was happening to our entrees. The waiter was very nice but still informed us it was not ready. We said we were going to leave and started to put on our coats when another waiter said it was coming. We sat down and saw that the chicken portofino was made with regular mozzerella and not smoked mozzerella. The veal was burnt and overdone. We informed the waiter that this was not acceptable and showed him why. It was almost 9:40; we had arrived at 7:30. We got up and left without our dinner. We were very disappointed in the entire experience with this having been one of our favorite restaurants.請問這對你有幫助嗎?

Would give them ZERO stars if I could! I’ve been to this restaurant around 4 times. Previously, I’d experienced slow service but, nothing like this last visit. Arrived at 6:30, waiter took forever to take order then tried to rush us. We had to ask for bread and water because no one was coming to us. Entree took more than TWO hours to arrive. We kept asking random waiters because ours was nowhere to be seen and he’d come running back saying it’s coming, kitchen is backed up. We were about to walk out when another waiter arrived with the food. He gave us free drinks and apologized. My friend cut into her veal and it was RAW. It looked like it was seared in each side and that was it. I had to find 2nd waiter because no one was coming. When he does arrive he says, oh but you ordered medium right? I tell him, this is raw…if she eats it she will get sick! They took it away, supposedly cooked the same veal a bit more, walk away, and when my friend cut into it again it was still RAW. Out original waiter comes over and starts poking at the veal to see if she was right. She he had to tell him - just take it away. The entire experience was disappointing. They did not care that she had not eaten. We asked for a manager and were told manager was not there - no management. At one point, out waiter said well our manager has three restaurants - can’t be here all the time. And YOU have to understand I have 9 tables I’m waiting on!!! The entire experience was a perfect example of how not to run a restaurant and be chase your clientele away! We learned four tables around us were having the same horrific service. Everyone told us we should’ve walked out sooner. We did walk out after paying our bill where they charged $10 for a small side of onions but took off the raw veal dish. Oh yeah, the noise level was so loud my watch kept giving me warnings. We ended up at a diner to finish our meal.有1人認為這對他/她有幫助

Love this restaurant, however, we had a reservation for Friday, October 11th. Walked into the restaurant and stood there together with other diners who were also wondering WTF was going on? No one to greet us. Walked over to the bar - where the 3 bartenders were super busy serving drinks to a wedding party. Ignored our requests for help. Is this restaurant open? As several others walked in for THEIR Reservation. The side room was open - and there was ONE server for the room?! WTF. After yelling at the bartenders, I got someone's attention. They should have closed this place down for the wedding. I will never go here again during an affair of this magnitude. My wife and i went into the "room" at the side, were seated and I noticed other people who had to have been there for a WHILE - no drinks - no food - and I knew what we were in for. We left and went elsewhere. With that said, this truly is a wonderful restaurant with great food... but not on that day.請問這對你有幫助嗎?

Really wanted to love this place. Was our first time there and maybe attempting a Saturday night with a 6 year old wasn’t the right move. Reservations were for 6:45, but didn’t get sat until 7:30. Already off to a rocky start. For a little one, he was so patient (probably more so than some adults!). Place was mobbed with private parties. Service as one could imagine was slow, chaotic, with staff and patrons equally confused at who ordered what and who needed that refill on their wine. My leftovers were accidentally discarded while waiting for them to be wrapped up and yet all we were met with was, “Hope it was worth it!” by the service manager. Not a gratuitous glass of wine, a discounted check, nothing. Didn’t leave until nearly 10pm. Sadly, we probably won’t be back.請問這對你有幫助嗎?
