Located in the back of Don’s Grocery & Liquor is the former Don’s Diner now turned speakeasy. Disguised as a TV repair shop we welcome you to come grab some drinks and TV Dinners. Serving Boozy Shakes and Retro-Cocktails. We are in the business of repairing the need for a good drink and a great burger! In our effort to keep providing enjoyable experiences we are taking necessary steps for health safety. We want to ensure the health safety of our staff and guests each night.

Reservations recommended, walk-ins are accommodated with limited seating. Call Ahead for Large Parties 7+ or join the waitlist here on OpenTable!

Don’s offers a unique, vintage vibe and boozy milkshakes that are sure to impress any friends you bring out of town. The atmosphere is super fun and the fruity pebble waffles are great. A good place to have an extended family gathering— boozy shakes and good cocktails (I got the fix me old fashioned) for those more adventurous, and basic fare like fries and chicken tenders for those less inclined and younger children.

Don’s TV & Repair was the perfect spot for my sister’s birthday brunch. The vibe is campy and nostalgic and the service is friendly and communicative. Drinks were tasty and well-priced, although drink service took a bit longer than we would have liked. I prefer a drink served before the meal, not alongside the entree. Our server explained that the bar was slammed with orders, so maybe more bar staff would have helped. The food was tasty and portions were generous, but not ridiculously huge. My 52 year old sister enjoyed her Fruity Pebbles waffles immensely. We plan to return to Don’s TV & Repair to try more of the menu and more of the fun drinks.

Very cool place. I wish it was more themed towards a speakeasy where when you come in the front door, you don’t know there’s a restaurant behind the entranceway.

This is the second time I've eaten here. The atmosphere is fun and our waitress (or tv repair technician) was very attentive. I think the price was a wee bit high for the food but I enjoyed most of my meal. The potato pancakes were not good. If you avoid them, I think you'll really enjoy your meal.

A hidden gem (it's supposed to be) in Milwaukee. Great burgers, old fashioneds, ambience and service. Make sure you know the pass phrase. Fusion of a tiki bar and 80's diner - perfect!

The atmosphere was amazing. There is so much to look at. My 10 year old son was in awe of the Gremlins and the VHS tapes. His favorite was the original Nintendo. The shakes are absolutely amazing!!!!

We arrived a few minutes early for our reservation but weren’t seated until 20-25 minutes after our reservation time. The waiting area was freezing and once we were brought inside they sat all five of us at a four person booth. Seeing that this wasn’t going to work we waited another 10 minutes to be brought to the party room area. Instead of seating us at a table, we were positioned at the bar. We wanted to sit together as a family, not sit along a bar. We had been there for over an hour before our food came out. The food was just fair. The best thing we experienced was the excitement of going there and the nostalgic decor inside. I won’t be back.
