Since opening our doors at the Chinook Centre in 2014, we have become a mainstay in South Calgary where guests are offered our warm brand of authentic Italian hospitality, where simplicity and freshness are the standard.
Our dining room and bistro is ideal for business lunches, family dinner, corporate gatherings, and really any occasion that calls for celebration. We serve Italian with a modern twist in a vibrant space, and our guests have come to know us as the local eatery with a beautiful setting – never fussy but always delicious.

    Great experience as always. Service is kind and efficient, pizza is delicious, drinks are great and the seasonal gelato (candy cane) was well enjoyed

    We had a party of 16 come in on Saturday, day after Black Friday and the staff was very accommodating. Our group was laid back and some out of their seat chatting and our server went with the flow and took our drink and food orders as people settled. It’s always a nice space, great service and perhaps we will do it again in a few weeks.

    Always love this restaurant. Today I had a small Caesar with chicken and shared Calamari with my friend. Delicious. I’m not a fan of the joined tables, though it did not seem to bother us to be that close to others. Next time I’ll ask for a separate table.

    Its been years since I've been to Double Zero. I wasn't impressed with the food although our Server was exceptionally great and the ambience is superb, I don't think our family will be back.

    Had a lovely birthday lunch get-together with friends. Pasta dishes were excellent, and dessert donuts were great to share. Will definitely go back again for lunch or dinner.

    Ordered the carbonara. Very disappointing. It was dry and lacked flavour & seasoning.

    Our waitress was pretty green and left us a long time before taking our order despite the restaurant being pretty quiet. Food was pretty good as usual. Wine has a massive mark up. $21 for a single 8oz glass of Spy Valley Pinot Noir which was more than a pizza. It is not the cheapest wine, retailing at $27-49 a bottle, so over a 300% mark up. Certainly makes me think twice about going out to Double Zero. Pizza is also better at Pizza Culture, if you can get a table.
