After being greeted with a mai tai and lei, the sound of the conch, beating of drums, and lighting of the torches, all signal the start of Maui's most exciting lu'au. Drums of the Pacific takes you on a journey through the islands of Polynesia, complete with a traditional imu ceremony and plated dinner served to your table, laden with the exotic flavors of native Hawaiian and Polynesian cuisine. We feature authentic dances, legends and music of old Hawai'i, the Tuamotus, New Zealand, Tahiti, Tonga, and Rarotonga. The evening is punctuated with an unforgettable 3-Man Samoan fire-knife dance. Dinner and pre-show entertainment include live music, an interactive hula lesson, and pareau fashion show. The open bar features local spirits. Enjoy mai tais, mixed drinks, beer, wine, non-alcoholic drinks and juices. We’re just steps from Ka'anapali Beach at Hyatt Regency Maui.
